core duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for revenue generation and represent the business from lead capture through to deal closure. You will develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies to identify new business opportunities using lead generation tools. You will deeply understand the problems facing the fashion and retail industries. You will work closely with the customer success, development and marketing teams to create a collaborative approach for the customer journey and build strong relationships with prospective customers. You will produce regular reports for the board of directors and senior leadership team.

  • Proven experience within a similar role, preferably within a SaaS business
  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Working knowledge of IT and business infrastructure
  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with CRM practices
