We are looking for a Full Stack PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team and play a critical role in advancing our platform. Reporting directly to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you’ll collaborate closely with our experienced dev team and testing experts to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
To thrive in this role, you will have a solid background in PHP and experience working in agile teams to deliver top-notch software. You will be UK-based and ready to thrive in a 100% remote role, contributing your expertise to create scalable, maintainable code that enhances our platform’s functionality and user experience.
Are you the right person for the job?
- 3+ years’ experience with PHP (essential)
- Strong Laravel and PHP MVC framework skills
- Excellent SQL skills, with a knack for efficient queries
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Team-player mentality with experience collaborating in development teams
- You will be UK-based and comfortable with remote work (occasional in-person meetups)
- Passionate about software development, technology, and working with data
- Self-driven with strong time-management skills and a focus on continuous improvement
- Effective communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
- Comfortable managing the full development lifecycle, from planning to post-launch support
What will your role look like?
- Collaborate with the team to enhance and manage the Segura platform
- Assist in migrating existing features to Laravel
- Design and develop new full stack features aligned with requirements
- Implement bug fixes and contribute to overall code quality
- Follow best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code

- Circa £35k depending on experience
