Segura are looking for an Implementation Manager to take over the delivery and implementation of our solution at the point of sale. You will need to understand software development, whilst being customer facing and understanding the commercial elements involved. You will be passionate, accurate and customer-centric. You will look for ways to make improvements in the software and our delivery. You will be responsible for delivering customer projects, from sale to go live. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time. Coordinate resources, such as training and system developments. You will work with the Customer Success team to communicate with customers and ensure successful delivery of our solutions. You will produce frequent status reports and continuously assess the success of project related processes, to identify areas for improvement. You will build strong relationships both internally and externally. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with other teams.
